Redesigning Courses for Accessibility and UDL
At UNLV’s College of Education, I led the redesign of multiple graduate and undergraduate courses to align with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) and Universal Design for Learning principles. These courses now serve as internal models for inclusive, high-impact online instruction.

Scaling Assessment Strategy at WGU
At Western Governors University, I managed a project of over 50 courses by evaluating and refining assessment design. I led performance analysis, rewrote assessments, and implemented alignment audits to ensure assessments measured meaningful, actionable learning outcomes.

Building a Foundational Tech Curriculum from Scratch
At IADT, I identified a gap in digital literacy across student majors and developed a full three-course “Introduction to Computers” program. I built all instructional materials, tailored course levels by major, and taught two of the courses myself. The curriculum became a required component for first-year students.

Credential Tracking System Rollout with HR
I partnered with HR and cross-departmental leadership to launch a new digital credentialing and tracking system. I designed staff-facing training, drafted internal support documentation, and ensured the onboarding process met accessibility and transparency goals.

Connecting During COVID: A Global Virtual Conference
As co-chair and co-creator of the Connecting Conference, I helped launch a global virtual gathering designed to foster insight, inspiration, and meaningful professional connection at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event brought together educators, researchers, and practitioners from across disciplines and the world. I led content strategy, session design, and digital experience planning, ensuring accessibility and engagement during a time when meaningful connection was more important than ever.
